Shipping / Delivery
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your purchase.
If payment is received by 2:00 pm, the goods will be shipped the same day. Upon shipment, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation from us. In the evening following shipment, you will receive an email from the parcel service GLS with the shipping status and an approximate delivery time frame.
If your order is shipped via a freight carrier, you will promptly receive an SMS or email from the partner with proposed delivery dates. If you need the goods at a specific time, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone in advance.

We deliver wherever you wish. Simply enter your desired delivery address during the ordering process.

We can also ship your tent via express delivery. This option incurs additional shipping costs and is calculated individually for each product. Delivery takes only 1 working day.
Please note that Saturday is not considered a working day, and no deliveries will be made.

All orders placed on stabilezelte.de are generally shipped free of charge nationwide within Germany. Therefore, there are no additional costs for shipping. Optionally, we offer an express service. Additional express fees apply, which are specified in the respective item description. Additional shipping costs apply for shipments abroad. These can be found in the respective offer or are available upon request.

We also deliver to almost all EU countries. Additional shipping costs apply for international shipping. These can be found in the respective offer or are available upon request. There are no additional customs clearance costs within the EU.
For non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs clearance costs, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by the transport company after delivery. Please note that we have no control over customs clearance costs.

Our logistics providers are unfortunately unable to deliver to Packstations, and our packages are usually too large for Packstations.
However, you can have packages delivered to a parcel shop or provide an authorization for drop-off.
Freight shipments are scheduled and coordinated with you in advance.

If you haven't received your goods, please contact our customer service. Ideally, have your order or invoice number ready. We will promptly submit a search request with the respective courier and take further action.

Our tents are delivered in standard shipping cartons.
Optionally, we offer additional transport and storage bag sets for our tents. With these, you can safely store and transport your tent afterward.
All folding pavilions come with a practical frame bag included. Optional bags for the sidewalls can be purchased separately.

The package dimensions and number of boxes depend on the tent type and quantity ordered. You can find the package dimensions and weight for each product in the "Package Dimensions and Weight" section.
